IRÉN wants you to love your purchases! We make every effort to ensure our products are up to your expectations and shipped to you without any damage. However, if you are not satisfied with our products, please see our return and exchange policy below for all purchases made through online or in stores.

Online Purchases

If you wish to exchange or return our product(s), please contact our friendly customer service team at shop@irenskin.com at any time within 20 days from the date of receipt of the products.

The relevant details must be stated in the email:

  1. Original Receipt
  2. Products for exchange or return
  3. Reasons for exchange or return
  4. Detailed description and photo evidence in the event if you received a damaged or defective product or you have experienced a skin reaction. In certain instances, a medical report may be requested to identify if it was IRÉN product which caused a reaction to your skin.

All email requests are subjected to approval. Once your request is received, we will reply your email within three business days to advise you if you are eligible for the return or exchange. For your approved request, please mail the product(s) back to the return address below. You are strongly advised to use protective packing materials and seal the package securely. We are unable to accept online orders return or exchange through our in-store or any retail partners.

Items purchased as a bundle should be returned as a whole set. Any free gift(s) should also be returned if it is included in the purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs paid for the initial purchase is non-refundable. Once we received your product(s), we will process your refund through your original mode of payment within 14 business days. No further exchanges or returns are allowed.

In-store Purchases

If you wish to exchange or return our product(s), you may go to the store you purchased the product from within 20 days from receipt of the products with your original receipt and the product(s) you wish to exchange or return. Our beauty advisors will provide you with an exchange or return request form to be filled in.

All requests are subjected to approval. Once your request form and the product(s) to be exchanged or returned is received, we will contact you through email within five business days to advise you if you are eligible for the return or exchange. Items purchased as a bundle should be returned as a whole set. Any free gift(s) should also be returned if it is included in the purchase.

For approved exchange requests, we will mail the exchanged product(s) to you within seven business days. For approved refunds request, we will mail a cheque to you within seven business days from the date of approval. For purchases paid by credit card, 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount due to credit card banking charges. No further exchanges or returns are allowed.
